PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing the noise to be transmitted from an outdoor machine to the inside of a room. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 formed of the room-outside device 3 and the room-inside device 2 is provided with a radial fan assembly, an air supply and exhaust duct 61 and a muffler 62. The radial fan assembly is provided in the room-outside device 3, and takes the open air and supplies it to the room-inside device 2. In the air intake and exhaust duct 61, the air to be supplied to the room-inside device 2 passes.
