PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease damage to a constituent of a beam or the like in the case of an earthquake in a reinforced concrete building. SOLUTION: Two beams 2 (constituents) make a straight line to be fixed to a column/beam joint section 3 (base). A plurality of main bars 10 of the beams 2 are extended inside the column/beam joint section 3. A cylinder body 20 having the same shaft as that of the corresponding main bar 10 is placed inside the column/beam joint section 3, and ends of the two main bars 10 are inserted and connected to the cylinder body 20. Both right and left sections of the cylinder body 20 are provided as a first region Y, and the central part is provided as a second region N. The main bars 10 and the cylinder body 20 are firmly connected in the second region N. Connection strength between the main bars 10 and the cylinder body 20 in the first region Y and bond strength between the main bars 10 and concrete 3a in a predetermined region S between both ends of the cylinder 20 and ends E of the beams 2 are lower than bond strength between the main bars 10 and concrete 2a, and in the case of an earthquake, the main bars 10 preferentially yield in the regions S and Y.
