PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the positive and negative component mean values of branch currents running through each branch of a graph corresponding to a network without increasing the number of circuit nodes of the circuit simulation of each network, and to design wiring corresponding to each branch of the network, and to easily execute the optimal design of wiring in the network without increasing the circuit simulation time of each network. SOLUTION: The waveform of the terminal currents of terminals is calculated by circuit simulation to calculate the positive and negative component mean values of terminal currents, and the wiring of a network is expressed with a graph constituted of the group of nodes including terminals and wiring branch points and the group of the branches of inter-node wiring. Also, the group of terminals is divided into a positive node terminal group and a negative node terminal group corresponding to the positive node side and negative node side of the branches. The sum of the negative component mean values of the terminal currents running through the terminals of the positive node terminal group and the sum of the positive component mean values of the terminal currents running through the terminals of the negative node terminal group are calculated, and the smaller value is selected as the positive component mean value of the branch currents. The sum of the positive component mean values of the terminal currents running through the terminals of the positive node terminal group and the sum of the negative component mean values of the terminal currents running through the terminals of the negative node terminal group are calculated, and the smaller value is selected as the negative component mean value of the branch currents.
