PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking apparatus in a building opening and closing device capable of being constituted so as to promote crime-prevention efficiency when the locking apparatus composed of a locking tool and an interlocking tool is provided to a shutter device. SOLUTION: The locking apparatus in the building opening and closing device is so constituted that end plate locking tools 19 constituting an end plate locking device are provided to both right and left ends of an end plate 1a of a shutter curtain 1, a first interlocking tool 20 locked on the basis of such a fact that the end plate locking tool 19 becomes a locking posture is provided to the lower end of a guide rail 5, intermediate locking tools 8 constituting an intermediate locking device are provided to both right and left ends of a slat 2 located on an intermediate section in the vertical direction of the shutter curtain 1, a second interlocking tool 7 is provided to an intermediate section in the vertical direction of the guide rail 4, the end plate locking tool 19 is interlocked with the first interlocking tool 20 with the full closing posture of the shutter curtain 1, and at the same time, the intermediate locking tool 8 is interlocked with the second interlocking tool 7.
