PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a felt mounting structure to an interior member capable of mounting felt to the interior member without using adhesive and removing felt from the interior member easily after scrapping a vehicle. SOLUTION: When the felt 4 such as a sound absorbing material is attached to a rear surface 1a side of a door trim 1 which is the interior member, a plurality of mounting bosses 6 are erected and formed on the rear surface 1a side of the door trim 1. A mounting hole 5 is formed in the felt 4 by corresponding to the mounting boss 6. A pressing piece part 7 is provided at a tip of the mounting boss 6 after inserting the mounting boss 6 into the mounting hole 5, and the felt 4 is nipped between the pressing piece part 7 and a rear surface 1a of the door trim 1 to attach the felt 4 to the rear surface 1a of the door trim 1.
