PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud structure for a vehicle, which shuts off hot wind passing through an engine mount and non heat-resisting components or the like, without increasing the number of constituting components. SOLUTION: A radiator fan shroud 3 for storing a radiator fan 2 arranged between the power train 4 supported by the engine mount 7 to a car body and a radiator 1 provided in front of the power train 4. A rectifying part 14 curved from a part of the cylindrical part forming an opening part to the opening side is integrally formed to the radiator fan shroud 3. The outside air F heated after passing through the radiator 1 is allowed to flow along the rectifying part 14, positively shutting off the hot wind passing through the engine mount 7 arranged in the left rear direction of the radiator fan shroud 3 and the non heat-resistant components or the like.
