PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in arrangement process without increasing the number of equipments in a heading machine equipped with position adjusting functions of the upper and lower parts, the left and the right, and the front and the back of plural punches. SOLUTION: A punch plate 8, of which plural punches 6 are provided to an apparatus 9 for control of the front and back positions, is equipped detachably by fastening and loosing with plural bolts 52. The control apparatus 9 for the front and back positions has a pair of the left and right guide parts 53, 53, and on the other hand, the opposite position of the punch plate 8 has grooves 8a, 8a, and the punch plate 8 can be positioned into the left and right directions to the control apparatus 9 for the front and back positions through these engagements. A support member 55 projects to the front surface of a ram 5 and supports the lower edges of the punch plate 8 and the control apparatus 9 for the front and back positions. In the same way, the control apparatus 9 for the front and back positions is equipped to the front of the ram 5 detachably, and when it is equipped, it can be positioned to the left and right and the upper and the lower directions.
