A visible light absorbing film formed of visible light absorbing ink coated on one side or both sides of a solar-reflective base material having the visible light reflectance of at least 10%. Reduction of the visible light reflectance defined by the formula : Reduction of visible light reflectance = [visible light reflectance (%) after applying visible light absorbing ink] / [visible light reflectance (%) before applying the ink] is 0.9 or under, and reduction of the solar reflectance defined by the formula : Reduction of solar reflectance = [solar reflectance (%) after applying the ink] / [solar reflectance (%) before applying the ink] is 0.25 or over.
