<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera wherein the space of the front face of its main body is reduced, the degree of freedom in design is enhanced, further miniaturization of the camera is promoted, and photometry of a large area is attained with a small photometric device. <P>SOLUTION: The camera is equipped, in the order from the side of an object, with: a first prism 50 with an incident plane 51 having positive power and an optical path division plane 52 for dividing the optical path; and a second prism 53. The optical path of a photometric system and the optical path of a light projecting or light receiving system of a range-finding optical system are made to pass through the the optical path division plane 52. The optical path division plane 52 guides one part of the divided light to a photometric device 54 and the other part to a range-finding device 55 for projecting or receiving infrared rays via the second prism 53.
