PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a manager of a burden and prevent troubles. SOLUTION: A currency processor 10 includes an acceptance requirement changing means 11 for changing acceptance requirements for accepting the coins inserted, based on the results of the previous processes for accepting the coins inserted; an acceptance requirement storage means 12 for storing the acceptance requirements changed by the acceptance requirement changing means 11; and a coin determining means 13 for determining whether or not the coins inserted should be accepted. The coin determining means 13 determines whether each of the coins inserted is the true or false one, and when it is accepted as the true one, the acceptance requirements for accepting the next coin to be inserted are changed by the acceptance requirement changing means 11, with the acceptance requirement storage means 12 storing the acceptance requirements changed.
