<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-opening hinge cap which can be inexpensively manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: A lid 2 is integrally molded on a cap body 1 through hinges 3 and 3a by using a mold for injection molding. The cap body 1 and the lid 2 are connected with each other with an expansion and contraction opening member 4 at hinge 3 and 3a parts, and the lid 2 is constituted in such a way that the lid is self-opened around the hinges 3 and 3a as a center by action of contraction of this expansion and contraction opening member 4. The expansion and contraction opening member 4 is also integrally molded (two-color injection molding) by using the mold for injection molding when the lid 2 is molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
