<p>A method of manufacturing a metal plate for a screen printing is opened. The method comprises the steps of forming an insulating layer (15) on a squeeze surface after pretreating the squeeze surface of a screen mesh (10) which is formed to be woven with a weaving material; depositing a metal ion equivalently on an opposite surface of the insulating layer; applying a light sensible material on a metal membrane which is formed to be deposited equivalently; putting a photomask on which a variety of patterns is prescribed on an upper portion of the light sensible material to expose the photomask into a light; eroding a rest portion except for the pattern portion to form a pocket portion of viscous fluid for printing after developing the photomask which is exposed into the light; and removing the photomask from the metal membrane.</p> |
