PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic appliance which maintains a good appearance and its fabricating method which enables the easy and quick fabrication of the orthodontic appliance. SOLUTION: The orthodontic appliance 1 is equipped with a pressing member 10 pressing the anterior teeth 2a and the molars 2b and applying orthodontic force, a resin plate 11 (a retaining member) connected with the pressing member 10 to retain the pressing member 10 in a prescribed position and placed in the oral cavity, and a wire member 12 for reinforcing the pressing member 10 or the resin plate 11 or for connecting the pressing member 10 and the resin plate 11. A part 10a of the pressing member 10 for pressing at least the anterior teeth 2a is made of a transparent resin, and the part 10a for pressing the anterior teeth 2a includes no wire member 12.
