PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for reaction foaming which can continuously foam by discharging even by using an inert fluid such as a carbon dioxide, a nitrogen or the like and to provide a reaction foaming apparatus having the same. SOLUTION: The die 5 for discharging two components of dissolved inert fluids reacting with each other after the components are mixed by a mixing head 4 includes a reaction channel 24 for feeding from the head 4, a manifold 27 for spreading the mixed components from the channel 24 in a widthwise direction, a discharge port 28 extended in the widthwise direction for discharging the mixed components, and a throttle 26 arranged between the reaction channel 24 and the manifold 27 for imparting a back pressure to the mixed components in the channel 24. Thus, the mixed components sufficiently dissolved in the inert fluid can be continuously discharged from the die 5, and freely foamed in good balance, and microcellular foam having fine cells can be produced continuously and efficiently.
