PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer composition with excellent dispersibility of filler in a short time and to significantly improve the productivity. SOLUTION: The polymer composition is manufactured by stirring and mixing filler or water slurry of the filler with a polymer latex, and subjecting the obtained mixture to ultrasonic waves to separate aggregates consisting of the filter and the polymer.
