PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for controlling water spray supporting operation of a condenser such as a freezer and early detecting abnormal operations. SOLUTION: Temperature or pressure of high-temperature high-pressure output from a compressor is measured. When the temperature or pressure exceeds a predetermined value, a water cooling process is added by spraying water to the condenser on condition that outside temperature exceeds the predetermined value.
