<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery such as a battery pack prevented from breakage even laid under environment with much vibration, having durability, and favorably exhibiting its performance. <P>SOLUTION: This battery pack 20 is so formed that unit cells 10 are stored in an external case 25, a resin group 24 fills there, and the external case is supported with an external elastic body 26. The resin group 24 and the external elastic body 26 can sufficiently attenuate the vibration and transmit it to the unit cells 10 and the like. This constitution can be regarded as a mass spring model of two freedom degrees or more and each mass, a spring constant and damping of each elastic body are controlled so that resonant peaks can be deviated from 100 Hz or less, or a range of vibration produced in an automobile. This constitution can prevent the battery from reaching the resonant frequency on vehicle so as to greatly reduce the possibility of breaking the battery inside by the vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
