<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color slurring correction device that can accurately and easily perform the correction control of color slurring by correcting inclination considering the curvature of a photoreceptor drum in terms of the correction control of a color slurring caused by the inclination of a laser scanner and the photoreceptor drum. <P>SOLUTION: If the laser scanner and the photoreceptor drum are mutually inclined, a color slurring possibly occurs more largely than actual inclination by the influence of the curvature of the drum. When the amount of the color slurring is detected and the inclination is corrected as it is, the inclination is excessively corrected. By correcting the inclination considering the curvature of the drum, the color slurring is eliminated by the correction control performed once without causing excessive correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
