<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable speedup and cost reduction of an assembly work by automatically assembling a lead wire assembly. <P>SOLUTION: With the lead wire assembly assembling machine 1, four lead wires 4 are sent into a first conveyor 13 with compressed air by a lead wire supply device 11, and inserted into a housing 3 by a lead wire insertion devices 15a, 15b. Then, they are sent into a second conveyor 21, where processes such as an insertion of a lock plate into the housing 3, mounting of a glass fiber tube 5 on the lead wires 4, mounting of rubber cap 8, and mounting of a separator 9. By a control computer making a device carrying out each process operate automatically in repetition, each process is surely carried out in turn automatically as semi-finished products move sequentially from one device to another, and a number of lead wire assemblies can be speedily and automatically assembled without manpower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
