PURPOSE:To enable a stable incorporation while keeping an incorporating angle, by a method wherein a dot wire is inserted into a guide hole of a dot head in the condition that the dot wire is held by a vacuum suction force to a guide part of a wire guide plate having a guide surface disposed slantly by a fixed angle. CONSTITUTION:A wire guide plate 1 is disposed slantly at the same angle as an incorporating angle theta deg. 5 of a dot head 4, and a wire diameter center of a dot wire 3 is made coincident with an incorporating center line. The dot wire 3 is vacuum sucked by a sucking ports 10 and 11 of the wire guide plate 1 to be brought into contact with a guide surface and to be chucked. In this state, the dot wire 3 is incorporated. In the incorporating process, a pressing rod 2 is lowered by applying a light load, thereby pressing a dot wire head 6, and the tip of the wire is successively inserted into an A hole 7 and a B hole 8 of the dot head 4 and further through a C hole 9; then, the incorporating process is completed. In this manner, an incorporation can be conducted stably from oblique even in the presence of the deflection of a dot wire and the disper sion in shape of the dot head incorporation holes or in quality such a burr. |
