PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of server security by specifying a client terminal and a user. SOLUTION: A security management method comprises a step for collating a registered user management information assigned to a terminal of a client 11 and a user management information transmitted from the terminal to a server 12 and issueing a one time password for the terminal based on the collation result; a step for associating the one time password with an IP address of the terminal and adding to the registered user management information to be registered on the server side; and a first result notification process wherein the collation result and the one time password are incorporated into an HTML file for authentication result screen to be notified.
