PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flowing of liquid refrigerant into a compressor by providing to an accumulator, a path from which the liquid refrigerant is not discharged, that is, from which only a gas refrigerant is discharged and by providing discharging mechanism of the liquid refrigerant, and to clean an existent piping by air conditioning equipment itself without using a dedicated piping cleaning device with a novel constitution of the accumulator. SOLUTION: This air conditioning equipment comprises the accumulator 6. A U-shaped pipe 83 is provided inside the accumulator 6, and at least one delivery pipe (auxiliary delivery pipe 85) communicating with a suction side of the compressor is set connectable to an upper inner space of the accumulator 6. A discharge pipe 19 is set connectable to a lower part of the accumulator 6. By providing the accumulator 6, a necessary cleaning operation of the existent piping can be performed by the air conditioning equipment itself at construction of the air conditioning equipment using a new refrigerant.
