PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a trouble as the contents deteriorate in quality, and to make assembling easy and to enhance the durability of a dispenser pump. SOLUTION: The dispenser pump is constituted of a screw cap (2) linked with the opening part of a container (1) and at its uppermost end in such a way that it can move up and down, a button (3) provided with a nozzle (4), a stem (6) connected to the lower part of the button (3), a cylinder housing (10) whose uppermost end is linked with the screw cap (2) and whose opening part (15) at its lowest end is provided with a check valve (14), a piston (9) connected to the lowest end of the stem (6) in such a way that it can move up and down along the cylinder housing (10), and a ceiling member (12) connected around the periphery part of the piston. Furthermore, the dispenser pump comprises an upper ring member (22), disposed on the upper part of the stem (6), whose position is regulated by an upper stopper (21) and a lower ring member (24) located at the lower part of the stem (6) and the upper part of the piston (9), while a spring (8) is elastically inserted in between the upper ring member (22) and the lower ring member (24).
