PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle holder which can be applied to a light-weighted and thin bottle and mounted for use in pouring out without a large space required, and does not require a large space when holders themselves are stacked. SOLUTION: The holder 60 consisting of an upper body 31, a sidewall body 32 and a bottom body 33 for receiving a bottle includes a nozzle opening 41 into which a nozzle of the bottle is inserted from sideward at its upper end. A bottle opening 51 for inserting the barrel of the bottle is opened between the upper body 31 and the sidewall body 32 with the nozzle inserted into the opening 41 secured by locking with a lock ring 62. A sidewall 52 contiguous with the opening 51 is extended to form a handle 53. A handle opening 56 in which another handle 53 can be received is formed on an opposite sidewall 55. Thus the handle 53 for grasping a wide range can save the space and makes it easy to pour out. In addition, the handle 53 is received in the handle opening 56, improving stackability.
