<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy equipment of a cover for preventing fall-off from a connecting part of a clip for connecting joint pipes through one-touch operation, even though obstacles are in the upper and lower parts of a clip. <P>SOLUTION: In the clip with a cover, a flange 4 formed in a first joint pipe 1 and a flange 11 formed in a second joint pipe 8 are overlapped with each other to be coupled. The clip 12 is mounted in the coupling part to connect both joint pipes 1, 8. Both leg parts 15, 15 formed at the tip of the clip 12 are provided with a cover 19 for preventing drop out from both joint pipes 1, 8 to be covered. The cover 19 consists of a first slit body 20 in which a first locking hole 24 engaged with one leg part 15 of the clip 12 is bored, and a second slit body 29 in which a second locking hole 33 engaged with the other leg part 15 of the clip 12 is bored.
