<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector in which the number of cables has been reduced and connectors have been downsized even if the number of detection element output signals increases by making it a multislice type, and can measure image even if circuits fail, and CT X-ray equipment using the same. <P>SOLUTION: Scintillators separated in a channel direction and a slice direction, an optical detection element array, a switch element array to switch a plurality of outputs of the optical detection element array, a preamplifier amplifying an output signal, a multiplexer reading the output of the preamplifier into an A/D converter on a time division basis. At least the switch element array, the preamplifier and the multiplexer are integrated, a plurality of signal preprocessing IC amplifiers integrated, the scintillator and the optical detection element array are mounted on the same board, a output signals from adjacent cells of the optical detection element array are not inputted to the same switch element array of the signal preprocessing IC amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
