PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a semiconductive seamless belt which is free from such problems as difficulties of viscosity controls when a thermosetting resin is used and cares for environmental pollution caused by volatilization of solvent and partial decomposition of additive agents such as plasticizer or substrate resin in melt mixing. SOLUTION: One of features of the production method of a semiconductive seamless belt is fabricating a mixture by compounding conductive materials with an aqueous emulsion of a substrate resin. Desirable solid content of the aqueous emulsion is 20 to 60 mass%, but 40 to 50 mass% is more preferable. While carbon, a metal powder, and a conductive high molecular polymer, etc., can be used as conductivity imparting materials, hydrophilic carbon black, as a conductivity imparting material which can be dispersed in water, is preferable for using aqueous emulsion as a substrate resin.
