<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data carrier in which can ignore fluctuations of a resonant frequency caused by variations in inductance of an inductor and in capacitance of a capacitor can be ignored even without needing a capacitor group for trimming. <P>SOLUTION: This data carrier has a carrier interface to be combined with an external power supply source by electromagnetic induction and whose power is fed from the external power supply source through the carrier interface. A double-tuning circuit obtained by serially connecting first and second resonant circuits which resonate one of frequencies within a prescribed range with a carrier frequency as reference by using the frequency of a carrier outputted from the external power supply source when the power is supplied as a carrier frequency is provided to the carrier interface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
