PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the covering of an electrically protected reinforced concrete structure with an electrically conducting repair/reinforcement member may hinder a supply current or cause gas blocking. SOLUTION: An electrically conductive repair/reinforcement member has an electrical insulation layer formed on one side thereof. An electric insulation repair/reinforcement material is used in repair, reinforcement and the electric protection of a reinforced concrete structure where openings exposing the concrete surface of the structure when the material is mounted on the concrete surface are formed at appropriate intervals.
