PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a residual liquid, prevent a flowing-out speed of liquid up to its final end, provide a superior cooling or heating efficiency of stored liquid and enable a convenience in use to be attained in a less-expensive manner. SOLUTION: A liquid server device A includes an inner bag 1A with a spout having content liquid therein and a server having a case 11 for use in storing the inner bag under a state in which a pouring operation can be carried out when the inner bag is stored. Then, the inner bag has a hanging hole at a corner spaced apart from the spout. In addition, the server has a hook 12 engaged with the hanging part at a lower position in the case than the hanging part when the hanging hole of the inner bag is engaged with it.
