PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of work efficiency due to a separate payment for a refueling and an optional commodity at a store, such as a gas station. SOLUTION: A fixed amount sales system is provided to eliminates a need of exchanging changes between a customer and the store. According to the system, the price of a commodity that a customer want to buy among optional commodities (TBA commodities) prepared at the store is subtracted from a pre-selected fixed amount, and an amount of gasoline worth the difference of the subtraction is sold by measure. The fixed amount or the optional commodity that the customer selects is displayed on a display screen 22 of a POS (point of sale) terminal 20, where the selection can be made by touching an electronic button or the like.
