PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caisson fill construction method in which fillers do not flow out even when a crack, a damage or the like is generated in the wall body of a caisson while an underground structure is not floated. SOLUTION: In the caisson fill construction method used for a pneumatic caisson, an open caisson, an installed caisson or the like, there is no possibility of the separation of the fillers even when the crack, the damage or the like is generated in the wall body of the caisson while the underground structure is not floated even when the structure receives groundwater pressure because a ceiling for a workroom for a caisson body 11 is inclined in the fixed direction while mud mortar 20 as the fillers is filled from the outside.
