CONSTITUTION: In accordance with pressing time of one maintenance switch 31, a controller 40 inhibits shift to forced stop mode for inhibiting restart after stopping operation of a compressor 16 during predetermined time from stop of operation or switches to forced stop release mode for releasing forced stop mode, trip ignore mode for supplying power supply to an outdoor machine 11 through an indoor machine 12 irrespective of the presence or absence of abnormality of the indoor machine 12 or the outdoor machine 11, and address setting mode for setting address of an air conditioner main body to address transmitted by a remote controller 34 after starting shift to the forced stop mode.
