PURPOSE: A device for adjusting an illuminometer of an LCD optical engine is provided to control the size of light illuminated to LCD panels, thereby increasing the adjustment and the efficiency of an illuminometer without reducing brightness of an optical engine. CONSTITUTION: An illuminometer is formed of the first FEL(Fly Eye Lens)(30a), the second FEL(30b), and a condensing lens(50). A synthesizing system is formed of a plurality of dichroic lenses(71,72,73), a plurality of LCD panels(81,82,83), and a dichroic prism(90). A plurality of adjusting holes(38a) are formed at the first FEL to change a position of the first FEL on optical axial lines of an LCD optical engine(2). The position of the first FEL is adjusted in a Z axis as well as X and Y axes.
