LINEARITY COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linearity coil in which variation in the ratio of the horizontal pitch error to the input current is suppressed when the linearity coil is employed in a television receiver. SOLUTION: A plurality of sectioning flanges 17 are provided between the opposite end flanges 12 of a drum core 13 wherein the diameter (W) of the core 11 located between adjacent sectioning flanges 17 is differentiated from the diameters (W) of the core 11 located between the sectioning flanges 17 and the both end flanges 12.
