PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed power to electronic apparatuses stored in a shelter without using a power supply vehicle and to efficiently mount a planar antenna on the shelter without storing it inside by providing solar batteries on the outer walls of the shelter storing the electronic apparatuses inside and mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A battery 7 is charged, the battery 7 is stored in a shelter 1 in addition to electronic apparatuses such as a radar device, a communication device and an antenna after charging is completed, and solar batteries 6a, 6b, 6c are fitted and connected to the outer walls of the shelter 1. The solar batteries 6a, 6b, 6c are fitted and fixed to the left side outer wall 1a of the shelter 1, the outer wall 1b of a ceiling section and the right side outer wall 1c respectively, and the battery 7 is charged by the electromotive force generated when the solar batteries 6a, 6b, 6c receive sunlight. The shelter 1 is mounted on a vehicle 2 and moved to a destination together with a power supply vehicle 4 towed by the vehicle 2. The solar batteries 6a, 6b, 6c generate power during movement, and the battery 7 is charged by the electromotive force. |
