FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, beds used in medical, curative-prophylactic enterprises, home, old age homes etc. SUBSTANCE: medicinal bed has immovable base, bed and drive. Bed is fixed on base by means of joint providing rotation of bed surface relative to base in vertical plane. Drive has self-exciting vibrations creating unit for continuous rocking of bed with variable amplitude, speed and vibration period. Variation of angle of rotation relative to axis of rotation during one vibration period is effectuated in accordance with linear, curvilinear, sine or trapezoidal law. Axis of rotation is arranged at the level of heart of lying patient. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of bed owing to self-excited vibrations of bed surface relative to transverse horizontal axis of base at regulated speed, amplitude and period of vibrations resulting in substantial increase of blood flow gravitational component. 2 cl, 9 dwg, 1 ex |
