FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves hydraulic cooling of products with saturated aqueous solution of preparation produced from Mortierella gemmifera micromycet biomass and charging into temperature-controlled storage; producing micromycet biomass by sequential extracting of said biomass with non-polar extractant in above- critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. Method is used for treating fresh harvested fruit and vegetable. EFFECT: reduced corrosion wear of employed equipment and enhanced reliability in storage of products. |
