NEW N-ACYLDERIVATIVES OF PIPERAZINE WITH ANTIHYPERTENSIVE ACTIVITY AND METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARATION

The invention relates to biologically active new substances with the general formula wherein R is CH3-, R1 means H or CH3-; R2 is CH3- or C6H5-; n has the value of 0 or 1, and m - 0, 1 or 2, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The said substances are produced from multi-substituted piperazines with the general formula wherein R is CH3-, which interact with acidic chlorides with the general formula where R1 is H or CH3; R2 is CH3 or C6H5; n has the value of 0 or 1, and m - 0, 1 or 2, in a medium of dry aromatic hydrocarbon in the presence of acceptor for the separated hydrogen chloride for the substances where R is carbetoxy, and in the absence of acceptor of hydrogen chloride for all the remaining means of R. The new substances produced are subjected to pharmacological study. Their structures have been proven by elementary analysis and IR-spectra. 20 claims
