FIELD: form-fill-seal equipment for packages made of plastic materials, particularly for sterilizable bags containing injection and infusion solutions. SUBSTANCE: method involves printing plastic film, unwinded from roll, dry cleaning printed film by directing of air flow across film surface through nozzle without air contacting with film surface; folding film; welding folded film in longitudinal direction by hot bar which results in forming bag; sterilizing valve cavity by moistening thereof without cavity exposure to ultraviolet radiation; welding valve to film with the use of control algorithm for regulating of movement speed and welding head position relative welding anvil; shaping bag with the use of hot tools operated by control algorithm; metering and feeding filling liquid into bag. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliability, hygienic safety, possibility of plastic bags production with high accuracy. 34 cl, 13 dwg |
