FIELD: machine engineering, namely straightening blades of turbines and compressors. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blade in sectional lodgments fixing blade by its separate sections; loading plate; heating; holding under load until removing elastic stresses and then cooling; forming twisting angles between base of each sectional lodgment and plate; performing twisting at temperature of softening blade material around gravity center of each separate section of blade until canceling twisting angle; keeping constant distance from gravity center of each separate section of blade until base of lodgment; realizing cooling under load. EFFECT: enhanced quality of straightening blade after mechanical working and heat treatment while twisting blade body around gravity centers of separate sections by different angles. 3 dwg, 1 ex |
