FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive bronchitis. Invention proposes the developed two-stage regimen for administration of probiotics and their doses. Firstly, method involves administration of "Biosporin" by 2 doses, 2 times per a day for 10 days and then "Liquid concentrate of bifidobacteria" by 500 doses, one per a day in combination with "Colibacterin" by 1 dose, 2 times per a day for 10 days. Method provides the nomalization of intestine and bronchial-pulmonary system the microbe ecology based on basis therapy in combination with inhibition of pneumotropic microorganisms that results to the improvement of the general state of patients and enhances the life quality.
