PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which contrives to secure safety by discovering a mobile object that may result in accidents such as a mobile object out of sight and an elderly person who is stranded in a railroad crossing in an early stage and by which premium discount service is received as a result that the safety is contrived. SOLUTION: The system grasps the position of another communication equipment and prevents accidents by being constituted of: a high precision positioning device which finds its own position with high precision; a type storage part which stores the type of its own system; and communication equipment which directly or indirectly transmits its own position determined by the high precision positioning device, the type of its own system stored in the type storage part and various kinds of information depending on a case to the other communication equipment and directly or indirectly receives a position, a type and various kinds of information, etc. depending on a case from the other communication equipment.
