PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of keeping the joining of a joint and a pipe, especially the joining of a ferrule joint and the pipe in a sanitary piping system to an effective joined state even under a severe condition like a high temperature and high pressure condition without adverse effect on appearance, inexpensive from an aspect of cost and enabling easy preparation. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral part of the end part of the pipe main body 4 is inserted and fixed to the inside of a cavity 2 constituting an injection mold. A connection part 13 having a connection surface 12 extending to the outside from an end part cross section flatly formed thereto is integrally molded to the outer peripheral part of the end part of the pipe main body 4 by the resin 8 injected in the mold.
