<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a very safe and stable skin cosmetic for a thin figure, sufficiently exhibiting the effects of an efficacy component by a formulated small amount, having excellent thin figure effects, and suitable for cosmetics and a quasi drug. <P>SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic for the thin figure contains an extract of parsley and one or more kinds selected from a lipolytic accelerator, an astringent, a circulation accelerator and a humectant.
