<p>The present invention provides a window cover for a display device and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein the window cover has a nano-structure, which is vertically grown on a substrate, on at least one surface thereof, without using a template or a surfactant. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing the window cover for the display device having the nano-structure comprises the steps of: preparing an ultra-diluted electrolyte solution which contains 0.001 mM to 0.1 mM of a target material for forming the nano-structure; forming a transparent conductive film on one surface of the window cover; dipping the window cover, on which the transparent conductive film is formed, into the ultra-diluted electrolyte solution; applying a reducing voltage to the transparent conductive film so as to form the nano-structure by depositing the target material for forming the nano-structure on the transparent conductive film, the reducing voltage providing electrons to the transparent conductive film; and applying an oxidizing voltage to the transparent conductive film so as to dissolve at least a portion of the nano-structure deposited on the transparent conductive film, the oxidizing voltage removing electrons from the transparent conductive film.</p> |
