PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distinct picked-up image by accurately arranging a lens at a position of a specified height on an image sensor chip. SOLUTION: In the image sensor module equipped with a substrate 2 on which the image sensor chip 1 is mounted and a lens unit 3 facing to the chip 1, the lens unit 3 has a lens part 31a positioned above the chip 1 and a leg beam part 31b reaching the chip 1 from the periphery of the lens part 31a and positioning the lens 31a.
