PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air shower device with a simple structure capable of effectively eliminating hairs and relatively large particles, which are adhered to a person entering a room, and miniaturized to save the space for installation and possible to reduce the manufacturing cost and the introducing cost. SOLUTION: A blower nozzle 3 is provided on the lower surface of a compact main body case 2 possible to be fitted to the upper part of an inlet to a clean space, the upper part of a wall surface of a passage near the inlet or a ceiling part, and while a fan 5 for pressure-feeding the air taken through an air intake opening 4 to the blower nozzle 3, while cleaning the air, and a filter 6 are provided inside of the main body case 2 so that the high-speed clean air can be blown to a person entering the clean space from the upper through the blower nozzle 3. The blower nozzle 3 is formed into a flat slit shape having a blow-off width as nearly the same as the shoulder width of the person entering the clean space. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
