PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which can sufficiently cool electronic parts of a circuit board, and reduce noises of an electric blower which leak out to the outside of the vacuum cleaner body. SOLUTION: For this vacuum cleaner, air being sucked from a fan part (centrifugal fan part 23) flows the inside of a motor part 24, and is discharged from an exhaust port 25 provided on the motor case 24a of the motor part 24 after cooling the inside of the motor part 24, and cools a heat slinger 38. In the vacuum cleaner, case exhaust ports 41 and 41 are respectively provided on the side parts on the right and the left of the vacuum cleaner body. On the motor case 24a, a plurality of the exhaust ports 25 are provided, and the motor part 24 is covered with a blower cover 32 having a specified gap to the motor case 24a. Also, an intensive exhaust port 36 is formed on the blower cover 32 of the vacuum cleaner, and the heat radiator 38 is made to face to the intensive exhaust port 36. In addition, the vacuum cleaner is designed in such a manner that cooling air which is jetted to the heat radiator 38 from the intensive exhaust port 36 is made to flow to the right and the left of the vacuum cleaner body 1 as dispersed flows by the heat radiator 38, and is discharged to the atmosphere from the right and left case exhaust ports 41 and 41.
