PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser guide which can cool not only the neighborhood of an exit end but an optical fiber for a laser guide as well and is simple in configuration.

SOLUTION: The laser guide 100 is provided with the optical fiber 110 for the laser guide having a through-hole extending in a longitudinal direction and an incident side connector 130 which is disposed at one end of the optical fiber 110 and is constituted with a gas introducing means 132 for introducing gas into the through-hole of the optical fiber 110.
